1. Do you offer emergency service after hours?
Yes, we have a 24/7 emergency line that fields all our emergency calls after hours and on weekends. We have our skilled technicians on call for any emergency that may pop up at those unexpected times. We have you covered! Normal business hours run Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
2. Do you install owner supplied fixtures?
Yes, we can accommodate you with installation at our normal service rate charges.
3. Do you supply & replace water heaters?
Yes, we can supply and replace most water heaters, along with tankless too. For replacements, pictures are requested for verification of the current system sizing. First picture should be the tag found on the current water heater, make sure the tag states make and size. Second picture should be the full length of the water heater including ceiling and floor for location.
4. Do you provide video inspections of piping?
Yes, we can provide you with high quality video inspection for your entire piping system. Since 2020, we added our Cobo Trenchless division that provides video inspection, hydro jetting and pipe lining services.
5. What is hydro jetting?
Hydro jetting is a sewer, pipe and drain cleaning process utilizing high pressure water jets to remove grease, roots, and debris buildup in sewer and water lines. It is a proven process that allows waste and water to flow through your piping system freely.
6. Do you provide pipe lining services for sewer systems?
Yes! Our Cobo Trenchless division at Randy Mask Plumbing provides all the needs of sewer repairs. We are skilled in pull in place, inversion lining and epoxy coating.
